Apartment Quirichetta
The Quirichetta apartment is located
in the fully restored Scapecchio borgo just outside
of Umbertide, Umbria Italy. This charming and
cozy apartment is fully furnished in modern style.
The kitchen was designed with custom
built cabinetry and has a sink, oven, refrigerator
and stove .All dishes, utensils, silverware and
cooking equipment are in place. The kitchen open
onto a comfortable dining area that is furnished
with a modern table and chairs. The living room
of this Umbrian apartment consists of a working
fireplace and is fully furnished with couches,
chairs, coffee table , tv cart and television;
cable TV. a bathroom and a large bedroom.
The bedroom has 14 ft clings and
is furnished with a queen size bed, matching end-
tables an armoire and dresser.
There is spacious bath with shower,
sink and bidet. All lines included
Located on the second floor, Quirichetta, lovers
spectacular views of the rolling Umbrian hills
and the Scapecchio gardens and grounds.
COMMON AREAS
The apartment has access to a large swimming pool
and expansive landscaped gardens. There is a private
gravel path and an area for parking.
LOCATION
The Scapecchio -Quirichetta apartment is located
near Umbertide, only a few miles away from the
charming old city center.
Located on a hill in an agricultural region, the
house enjoys magnificent Umbrian countryside views
in all directions.
Getting here is easy, the exit from the super
highway is only a few miles away, the property
is not more than 20 minutes from Perugia- the
region’s capital, and approximately 30 minutes
from the cities Assisi and Gubbio. Tuscany- the
adjacent region is 30 km to the west.
Lake Trasimeno with it’s vacation
resorts, and water sport facilities is about 30
minutes away. Nearby the fashion house “Prada”
has bought an old castle and hundreds of acres
which are being converted into a health farm and
golf club with fine restaurants and other vacation
facilities.
