The Villa Perugia farmhouse is an ample ancient stone country house located just outside the ancient walls of Perugia. It has recently been restored and is currently divided into 3 well-appointed vacation apartments all designed in classic Umbrian style. The furnishings consist of antiques and there has been great attention to details including stone fireplaces and hand painted murals that represent some of Umbria's greatest artists. All the vacation apartments have kitchens and modern bathrooms with jacuzzis, screened windows and fans which creates an atmosphere of a private house. The property has vast olive grooves and spectacular views of Perugia and the countryside.

These charming Umbrian apartments have access to the gardens and the large pool. All the apartments have private terraces or garden space with tables and sun lounges. The vacation apartments have romantic views of the countryside or the gardens.

Perugino Sleeps 4+2 The Perugino apartment consists of a double bedroom with queen size bed , a double bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is a fully equipped kitchen consisting of oven,dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator and both Italian and American coffee makers. The living room is large and comfortable with a stone fireplace. There is a private terrace with table and chairs for dining "al fresco".   High Season- June,July & August, September 1190 euro per week Low Season 900 Euro per week Daily 180-220 Euro per day

There is a fully equipped kitchenette consisting of oven ,american coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. The living room has a fireplace and a dining table that seats 4. There is a terrace with table for dining ‘al fresco” . The apartment has screens on all the windows and fans.
