This magnificent Italian estate was the summer ancestral home of the Conti Mancinelli-Scotti di San Vito family. Built in the 17th century outside the ancient town of Narni, the Estate is composed of the three structures on 7 hectares of land.

The Palace
The main Palace is in need of full renovation. The building is structurally sound and is built from a combination of stone and ancient brick. The Ground floor is dramatically represented by two archways and squared windows typical of this time period. Both the ground floor and the 1st floor (the piano nobile) are designed with circular vault ceilings and decorated with 19th century frescos. The inner stairway of the Palace is a spectacular design composed of a circular vault supported by cross vaults and frescos. Much of the handmade terracotta floor tiles remains and is still visible.

The Farm House
The farmhouse is a designed in traditional Umbrian style and consists of two levels. The original structure had handmade terracotta floors and traditional wood beam ceilings. The walls are structurally sound but the building is in total need of restoration.

The Chapel
Situated in front of IL Palazzone is the family chapel. The entrance consists of the traditional doorway and window both of which are designed with ancient brick. Inside two molded pillars support a triangular tympanum in which an oei-de-boeuf (currently plastered) was inserted. Most likely it consisted of an ancient rose window.
