First Floor: accommodates 7 in 4 bedrooms.
A well lit landing serves as the focal point for access to all wings of the villa. To the right is the Grand Salon. Four bedrooms lead off the four corners of the salon: two rooms with queen size beds, one room with twins, one with full. Centrally located off the landing is the formal dining room. To the left are two full bathrooms, one with tub, one with shower. A hallway leads to the informal dining room with exposed beams and fireplace, the adjoining kitchen and to the study/library. The kitchen has original features like the old marble sink and also all modern conveniences for enthusiastic chefs: six burner professional gas stove with aluminum hood, professional refrigerator and dishwasher. Glass doors lead to small terrace and external stairs going down to the large covered sitting and dining area, next to the brick oven, overlooking the gardens and pool.

Second Floor: accommodates 10 in 5 bedrooms.
A three room suite: one room with twin beds, one with queen size bed, study/sitting room and near-by bath with shower. A queen size bedroom with en-suite bath with tub. The second grand salon with a professional billiard table and terrace with spectacular views of the valley below. A TV room adjoins the salon with VHS, satellite, CD player. A two bedroom suite with private bathroom: one room with twins that can be joined for a king with access to the other room with twin beds. Ironing/storage room.
