renovated in traditional Umbrian style and has old
terracotta tiles and wooden beam ceilings. This holiday
home is encompassed by lush fields and a spacious

pool is framed by a green lawn, olive trees and fragrant
flowers. There is comfortable outdoor furniture and
a pergola that offers shade and breathtaking views
of the rolling Umbria hills.

as a living room with fireplace, kitchen (oven, fridge,

and en suite bathroom (WC, sink, bidet, shower), 1
twin/double bedroom with en suite bathroom (WC, bidet,

upper floor consists of a living room and fireplace,
