Crispiano is comprised of two adjacent houses, connected by a loggia and a courtyard, with sleeping areas in one house and living areas in the other. Featured in Architectural Digest, this exquisite property has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is a large media room with a queen size sleeper sofa and its own private bath. In addition, one of the bedrooms has an attached sitting room with sleeper sofa, and one has a separate sitting room with twin beds, though these are best for occasional overnight guests or children. A full-size swimming pool, a small chapel, tool house and utility barn are included in the property.

Perfect for chefs, the villa boasts a large, professionally equipped kitchen that manages to retain its country feel. A fireplace, sofa and dining table make this gourmet kitchen functional and inviting. The kitchen opens onto a large outside terrace covered by a pergola, complete with stone mill table for dining al fresco.

The dining room has soaring cathedral ceilings with skylights. The refectory table can seat 12 and faces a large fireplace with a sofa and leather club chairs. There is a formal living room and a study overlooking the dining room.
The house is fully equipped and tastefully decorated with simple but beautiful furniture, linens, Deruta china, etc. Bathrooms are modern and spacious, complete with heated towel bars. There is a beautiful working fireplace in every room.
Two neighborhood women are available to cook delicious authentic Italian meals on a daily or weekly basis. Final cleaning and weekly maid service is provided; additional maid service is available upon request. The local property manager can provide sightseeing tours and help arrange airport pick-ups and car rentals.
