Situated in the Northern Tiber valley of Umbria, sits Villa Ferraguzzo a charming restored farmhouse that has been restored in traditional Umbrian style with terracotta floors and wood beam ceilings. This lovely farmhouse has been designed with all of the modern conveniences and has seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Perfect for larger groups traveling together and families. The property has been cleverly designed so, smaller groups can be accommodated in three separate apartments : Il Rosso, La Verde & Il Giallo.

This layout allows for privacy for large groups of friends or families traveling together.
There is a private entrance to Il Rosso that sleeps six people in three double en-suite bedrooms. It leads directly from the garden via a small entrance hallway into the spacious and elegantly furnished dining/kitchen and sitting room.

At one end of the room is the kitchen that is extremely well appointed with 4-ring gas stove, electric oven, double sink, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Comfortable chairs and sofas at the other end make this a cozy, sunny room French doors lead to a balcony terrace overlooking the garden.

On the same floor there are also two of the en-suite bedrooms. All the bedrooms have large king size double beds. The tasteful and elegant furnishings in all the bedrooms make them comfortable and welcoming rooms.
From a corner of the main reception room a spiral staircase leads up to the next floor and a third double en-suite bedroom .

La Verde Sleeps six in three double en-suite bedrooms. One double bedroom on the ground floor with an
internal staircase that leads to the next floor and the two other bedrooms. One of the upstairs bedooms has a lovely outdoor balcony with views over the garden and surrounding countryside.

Il Giallo, Consists of a large double bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bath. Il Giallo is accessed via an external terrace leading into the fully equipped kitchen.

The garden is landscaped and has a large barbeque and the stunning 18 x 6 meter swimming pool with some gentle steps that lead into a shallow area. 500 meters from the house a clay tennis court is available for guest use.

On the grounds there is a separate building that houses the washing machines and spin dryers and a office with telephone/fax and computer for guest use.
