A beautiful casale with separate cottage are part of a 16th century group of farm
buildings set around an ancient stone paved threshing-floor that leads to spectacular views of
the valley and Todi. The two homes, done in a traditional Umbrian style, radiate a feel of warmth and comfort both inside and out. The floors of the living areas and bedrooms in both houses have been finished in hand-made terracotta tiles.

The Main casale has two wings that are connected via a natural brick archway on the lower level. The wings can be separated for privacy, each with independent entrance. All bedrooms have private baths with shower.

One wing has a separate kitchen, large living room with fireplace, and double bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is one double bedroom.

The other wing has an ample living/dining area with fireplace and open kitchen. Two double bedrooms are upstairs, both with private bath. The ground floor has a huge triple bedroom with en-suite bathroom that opens onto the pool. Two verandahs with access from both living rooms offer a shaded cover from the morning and afternoon sun and are inviting for outdoor dining.

The Guest cottage consists of a sitting area with picturesque views of the valley, kitchen with fireplace, and double bedroom with full bath. There is a private covered terrace for dining al fresco. **

There is private access to the swimming pool and to the extensive garden.
