La Fonte is a 300 hectares family estate overlooks the Chiascio river valley and is set amongst gentle rolling hills. The house is situated on on 100 hectares of fenced in land were the owners raise deer . Around the house there are 4 small ponds,one with fish, forests with easy pathways,and an 11th century monastery.

The house has two double bedrooms; a master suite with a large seating area and fire place and a double bedroom with twin beds . There is one single bedroom and the library can be converted into another single room. The house has two bathrooms,one with Jacuzzi

Downstairs there is a very large living area with fireplace and a well equipped open air kitchen with wood burning stove.

La Fonte has an indoor heated pool and gym. The pool room consists of floor to roof windows on 3 sides, that opens onto the garden .

Outside there are two covered eating areas for dining "al fresco" and a barbecue.
