Sitting on the edge of a medieval hamlet,the villa has been carefully restored to maintain it's original charm while providing the guest with all the modern conveniences.

Lorgnano is a 4 bedroom and 4 bath villa that has been designed in Umbrian tradition. The house has been designed with the best of everything; there are wood beam ceilings , handmade terracotta floors and antique furnishings throughout. The kitchens are furnished with top quality appliances and the bathrooms are fitted with Devon and Devon sanitary ware.

On the first floor there is there is a large fully equipped kitchen with Smeg refrigerator, six burner Miele oven and stove, Large Miele dishwasher, double sink and more. There is large living room with 15 century fireplace originally from an Umbrian castle and a spacious double bedroom with adjacent bath with shower.

The Upper level has access to a private courtyard and the pool. There is a large master suite with en-suite bathroom with a stand alone tub. There are two double bedrooms that share a bath with shower. The private court yard is accessed through the lemonia and has views of the Umbrian hillside. From the lemonia there is a large fully equipped, open kitchen and dinning area with bathroom and shower that provides easy access to the pool area. Ideal for dining "al fresco"

The pool is 13X6 and is located in private landscaped gardens. The pool has breathtaking views of Todi and the countryside. An ideal way to spend lazy Umbrian afternoons and enjoy the evening sunsets.
