Il Mulino is a romantic 17th century mill situated by a gentle winding stream. The mill and streambed are lined with majestic oak and cypress trees, which provide a soothing atmosphere perfect for sitting back, and enjoying all Umbria has to offer.

This charming vacation rental has been gracefully restored and has maintained many of it’s original features. There is a tower, and a beautiful loggia that over looks the garden. The mill has been restored using handmade terracotta tiles and has wood beam ceilings.

Distributed over several levels, Il Mulino is elegantly furnished with antiques and provides a welcoming and tasteful setting. The kitchen has been designed in hand-painted tiles and is fully equipped and accommodating for those that like to cook.

The house has many important pieces of art and provides a warm and comfortable place to visit with friends and family.

The ground floor consists of the kitchen, and living room with antique stone fireplace. The lobby has direct access to the patio and garden that are furnished for dining “al fresco”.
The upper level has ground access and has a graceful loggia that opens on to a living room with fireplace. On this level there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a double bedroom with queen size bed and a single room with twin size bed that share a bath with shower.
