Villa
Niccone is a delightful ranch style vacation home
that offers stunning views of the rolling hills near
Lake Trasimeno. Villa Niccone has a cozy living area
with comfortable furnishings. There is a large fireplace
to take the chill off the evening air or for those
that prefer cooking Italian style.
There
is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area
as well as a large garden and outdoor dining area
for dining “al fresco”. The pool overlooks
breathtaking views of the Niccone valley.

lovely umbrian holiday home has three double bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and one has
two twins. There are two bathrooms.
