| Just
10 minutes from Todi is the quaint village of Viepri.
At the edge of the village is the Villa Porrosso a
beautifully renovated farmhouse, which overlooks a
valley of gently rolling hills. The interior design
combines traditional stonewalls and vibrant rich colors
that make the space warm and alluring.
The Ground floor:
The living room is the focal point of the home with
furnishing of rich yellow, blues and reds. There is
a billiard room, a large country kitchen with fireplace
that has been decorated with copper pots and pans.
Hand woven wicker baskets make this an inviting and
cozy place to be. Off the kitchen is a large covered
terrace with dining table for 14 and a wood-burning
stove. The entrance to the house has been designed
to form a study and allows natural light to penetrate
the center of the home.
The First Floor:
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms
consists of 2 twin beds and one double bed. The rich
red color and stonewalls makes it a favorite among
young people. There are two double bedrooms, which
share a full bathroom, and one double bedroom with
en-suite bath. All of the rooms have access to a sitting
area with fireplace.
The Loft
There is a loft that is perfect for those who want
to have a quite place to read or just sit and enjoy
the view.
The Villa Porrosso has wonderful views of the valley
and one of the many extras is an antique Mercedes,
which is available for guest use.
