Casale Prosperian is a XV Century villa nestled in the lush Umbrian countryside just outside of Città di Castello.The beauty of the countryside as well as its location between green Umbria and rich Tuscany, make it the ideal place from which to explore the sights offered by the territory and where to a spend pleasant and relaxing vacation.

The casale is well appointed and the decor reflects the ancient villas history. This Umbrian Vacation home has three suites that provide five(5) sleeping areas and three (3) bathrooms.

The main suite is very spacious and consists of a queen size bed, a private sitting area and a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a small private chapel that connects to the main suite that has a queen size bed. Sleeps 4

The second suite, refereed to as the "Olympia" sleeps 4. There is a large private sitting room with sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two as well as a delightful single bedroom. There is a private study with television. The bathroom has a shower and jacuzzi tub and is designed in Versace style.

The Third suite sleeps 2 in a spacious double bedroom. The bath is adjacent to the bedroom.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The ideal setting for cooking lessons and other gastric delights. The kitchen opens on the villas expansive gardens and terraces. An ideal setting for dining "al fresco".

There is a dining room that seats 12 and there is a spacious living room that opens onto private terraces.

There has been great attention toward the swimming pool and the garden. Both reflect the beauty of the countryside as well as its location between green Umbria and rich Tuscany.
