Lying only 1.5 Km from the main square in Todi, and about 800 m from the town car park with lift, this ex Franciscan convent (13th century) includes a splendid church, a cloister, 8 Ha land and wood, a wonderful park dotted with lavender and roses, and a garden designed according to the typical Renaissance Italian style. The whole property has been recently restored and part of it is reserved for the guests.

The Villa is housed in the Ex Garden House where orange and lemon trees were grown by the monks in the 13th century, and it is characterized by its large arched French windows.
