Villa Maria is surrounded by an oak tree wood and set in a large fenced olive grove with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The large swimming pool (6 meters by 12 meters) with hydro massage is located a few meters from the house. The well-kept garden is provided with comfortable garden furniture and outside cooking facilities (barbecue and oven).The tastefully furnished and cozy comfortable house is also equipped with satellite TV. The electronically operated main entrance gates ensure your total privacy for a quiet and enjoyable holiday.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which is ideal for couples traveling together. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms; one with shower and one with tub.

The living room has a stone fireplace, comfortable Sofa, table with seating for 10, Satellite TV, Stereo. There is an Arched French window giving light, looking onto a large patio and garden with olives trees.
There is a spacious study with 2 sofas (one of theme is double sofa bed), stone fireplace and opening on patio eating area. Direct access to pool.

The kitchen is well equipped with a large Umbrian fireplace, Cooker, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster. There is a French window giving panoramic views that opens onto a patio eating area (with gazebo).
