The entrance to Villa Nova is through a well-maintained garden full of roses, rosemary and other herbs. The guest enters the house via a comfortable living/dining room with two large windows facing the garden. The room is decorated with an antique dining table and chairs, which seat 10. There is a sitting area, with two oversized armchairs and couch for two or three set before a working fireplace. The floors in Villa Nova are cotta tile overlaid with Oriental rugs.

GROUND FLOOR
The kitchen has been designed with Italian cuisine in mind and a 6-burner gas stove, oven, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with charming tile back splash. There is large butcher-block counter and large antique cupboard for storage.
The kitchen has double doors leading to outdoor dining pergola for dining ‘al fresco’ Outside there is an open hearth for cooking al' Italiana.From the kitchen the stairs lead to first floor. Here is a lovely sitting room furnished with matching couches, which convert to single beds (suitable for children or teenagers).

The upper floor consists of an elegant double bedroom consisting of an en-suite bath with separate tub and shower. The room has been designed in ivory tones, which gently reflects the Italian sunshine making this a light and d spacious room. The room is decorated with an antique bed, armoire and has a closet for storage. There is a working fireplace with two oversized armchairs for reading. Glass door opens to small private terrace with oval Carrara table and two chairs.The upper level of Villa Nova also consists of two charming double bedrooms (full) that share a spacious bath with separate tub and shower. One of the rooms is designed with antique bed finished in peach-plaid duvet and bed skirt to match curtains. There is an antique dresser and closet. The second room decorated in blues and whites, consists of an antique bed and dresser.There is a studio with antique desk, which looks out onto the main garden. Access to the balcony.

The back terrace leads to a fenced in pool area. The pool is completely furnished with table and chairs as well as lounge chairs for enjoying the beautiful Umbrian sunshine. The pool and gardens offer postcard views of Todi.
